In the future, there are plans for a community center with fitness/health facility, hobby rooms, a library, small theater for classes or watching movies, community kitchen and dining room (which doubles as a dance hall), convenience store and an intimate place to sit with your partner or friends in front of a cozy kiva fireplace.

Plans for the future construction of a Community Center are contingent upon approval by San Miguel County. The Homeowners Association will assess fees to each lot owner in the community for construction and maintenance of the center.
