Our casitas are single story units of 1620 sq. ft. that are on individual lots but share a driveway. The units are mirror images of each other with the garages between each unit so there are no common walls.

There are three pricing plans depending on your choice of interior finishing. In addition, each 1620 sq. ft. unit can be further customized by mixing finishes from each plan to suit individual preferences. Pricing for Casitas starts at $287,000 (not including lot or Community Center assessment)*.

* Plans for the future construction of a Community Center are contingent upon approval by San Miguel County. The Homeowners Association will assess a Community Equity Membership fee to each lot owner in the community for construction and maintenance of the center. Please call or write for details.
